Waking up is hard for me to do!! Mornings for me involve only communicating if I really have to. Often I don't have much of an appetite. But one thing that helps is my delicious smoothie! It's light but still keeps me full for a solid 2-3 hours. I mix it up every now and then using frozen mango or figs, most frozen fruit will be a delicious blend!
- X1 Banana
- X1 Cup berries of your choice
- X1 Pinch of cinnamon
- X1 Teaspoon chia seeds
- ¼ Cup oats (will keep you full for longer)
- 1 Cup Chilled and filtered water
- ¼ Cup cows milk / almond / soy Mix in blender and voila - enjoy!
